Designed for individuals with chronic pain or illness who benefit from a combination of somatic work and verbal guidance. Generally my counseling clients see me on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. A ongoing relationship of care is especially useful to those who are working on their attachment dynamics.

Informed by my work as a licensed therapist, but with an emphasis on direct feedback and action-oriented sessions. We'll collaborate on developing habits and daily practices that serve your healing and move you beyond the limitations of your present circumstances.

Energy healing in the Japanese tradition, available both in-person and via remote session.

Witnessing and somatic grounding for those who need additional support after medicine work. Especially helpful for people who have had traumatic or destabilizing experiences with psychedelics. 

$450 for initial 2 hour diagnostic consultation

$200/hr thereafter
